We want to make sure that your time spent discovering, evaluating, and purchasing our items is enjoyable. However, we also understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite fit. It’s OK to change your mind! Our cancellation and return policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read the following policies carefully:
Cancellation Policy
● Cancellation of orders not yet shipped
If you want to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please email us at [email protected] and cancel the order for free. All refunds will be refunded to your original payment method.
● Cancellation of shipped orders
We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been shipped. In this case, you need to go through the return process.
Return Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Our return policy is as follows:
● You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
● The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
● Please email us at [email protected] to request a return, provide the order number, the reason, and the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue. We will respond within 1-3 business days to confirm whether the return is accepted.
● If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return and the return shipping address.
Note:
● All shipping costs and service charges are non-refundable
● All returns will be charged a 20% restore fee.
● If an order is returned to us because you refused delivery, Returns are not accepted.
● Returns are not accepted for undeliverable items due to address issues. If re-delivery is required, we may charge a certain fee according to the actual situation.
● We suggest using a traceable and insurable shipping method when making your return. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit; you will be responsible for filing a shipping claim.
Return Costs:
● Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to reasons such as personal preference or sizing issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and related fees.
● Merchant Responsibility: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as the wrong item shipped) or product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs and related fees.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items, final sale, clearance products, giveaway products, or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged, defective or wrong item reported more than 48 hours after the delivery date.
Exchange Policy:
We don’t accept exchanges. We recommend initiating a return as mentioned above and placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures a smoother process and quicker replacement.
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
